Wondershare Filmora is a Crap product, half of the known used video formats failed without opening with "Unsupported format" error message. In 2018 Wondershare isn't able to open an MP4 file... Such a Shame. Do not pay for it, garbage software!
Why would some mp4 video files be supported by a player while others not? Using a Acer projector.

I just purchased the software last weekend and made a video successfully. However I am having problems with it playing on all browsers. i have been speaking with tech support but they do not seem to understand. I exported the file as an MP4 and I was working in Safari on a MAC. After the video was created it was exported to my desktop and played fine. I then uploaded to my blog on Word Press checked out the post in preview and the video played with out a problem. Then when I got to work I checked in preview again as I was showing a coworker and it did not work, but I was using Chrome. i then tried Fire Fox and it did not work. I then tried Safari and like at home it worked perfectly. So the results are: Safari - works fine the video plays without a problem Firefox - error message (Error loading this resource) and video will not play at all Chrome - the video will play and the audio plays however there are no visuals. Just a black screen and the audio. The results were the same using Chrome on my home computer and my work computer (both MAC) Could you let me know why this his happening. Are there other specs I should be aware of when exporting the video for multiple browsers? Here are the specs when for get info for the video: 1280 × 720 MPEG-4 Video, AAC 01:43 With 2 channels for audio Thanks so much,
Having the same problem.
I restored a video from my Samsung S7 Edge with Dr. Fone but cannot open it. It is saved as an MP4 file so I would think that this should not be a problem. What should I do?
