Wondershare Refund Policy

We want to make our refund policy clear and easy to understand. Whether your order is eligible for a refund depends on the product or service you purchased, where you purchased it, whether it has been used, the applicable refund window, and any rights provided under local law.

  2. Certain products and services may be subject to a shorter refund request window of up to 7 days from the initial payment date due to their nature or functionality.
  3. Used consumables, including credits, points, hours, characters, and similar usage-based benefits, are generally non-refundable once consumed.
  4. Purchases made through the Apple App Store, Google Play, resellers, or other third-party platforms must be refunded through the original seller or platform.
  5. If you are an EU resident, you may have a 14-day right of withdrawal, subject to applicable legal exceptions.
  6. For eligible orders placed on the Wondershare website, refund requests can be submitted through Wondershare Account Center > My Orders > Order History.

Am I Eligible for a Refund?

✅ You accidentally purchased the same product twice
✅ You purchased the wrong product, did not use it, and then purchased the correct product directly from Wondershare
✅ You purchased an optional additional service such as Extended Download Service, Registration Backup Service, or Download Insurance Service without realizing it was optional
✅ You did not receive the confirmation email within a reasonable period, contacted support, and did not receive a response within 48 hours
✅ The product has a critical technical issue, and no effective solution has been provided within 7 days
✅ A refund is required under applicable consumer protection law

Non-Eligible Refund Cases

❌ The request is made after the applicable refund window
❌ The subscription, license, or service period has already expired
❌ Usage-based benefits such as credits, points, hours, or characters have already been consumed
❌ The request is based solely on change of mind, personal preference, or the product not meeting subjective expectations
❌ The request is based solely on dissatisfaction with AI-generated output
❌ The order is a renewal order, and the subscription was not canceled before the renewal charge
❌ A technical issue is reported, but the customer refuses reasonable troubleshooting steps
❌ The product was purchased from the App Store, Google Play, a reseller, or another third-party platform
❌ The request concerns only part of a bundle where partial refunds are not supported by the payment provider

Subscription and Renewal

For paid trial and subscription products, please cancel at least 24 hours before the current trial or billing period ends to avoid being charged for the next term. Refund requests for renewal orders based only on reasons such as:

  1. “I did not know the subscription would renew”
  2. “I no longer need the product”

are generally not eligible, provided that a renewal reminder was sent in advance where applicable. You can cancel your subscription at any time before the next billing charge.


Notice for EU Residents

If you are a resident of the European Union, you may have the right to withdraw from your contract within 14 days, without giving any reason and without additional cost, subject to applicable legal exceptions.

Subject to above clause, to exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an e-mail. You may submit the Withdrawal Requst at My order-->Order History-->Refund,but it is not obligatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you. We will make the reimbursement without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

If you have been presented with and you have provided your prior express consent to begin the performance during the right of withdrawal period and acknowledgement that you will lose your right of withdrawal, then, unless the Service is defective, you will not be eligible to a refund in relation to digital content and will only be eligible to a proportional refund in relation to digital service. If this provision applies, we will provide you with a copy of the confirmation of your prior express consent and acknowledgement on a durable medium.

If your order was placed directly on the Wondershare website and meets the applicable conditions, you can submit a refund request through:

If your purchase was made through the App Store, Google Play, or another seller, please contact that platform directly.


After a Refund Is Approved

  1. The corresponding license or subscription will be deactivated
  2. Access to the refunded service may be removed
  3. The refund will be returned through the original payment method, unless otherwise required by law
  4. You may be required to uninstall the software from your device where applicable

Can I get a refund if I forgot to cancel my subscription?

Refund eligibility depends on the subscription type, renewal timing, and applicable law. In general, renewal charges are not refundable if the subscription was not canceled before the billing date.

Can I get a refund If I bought a wrong product?

What happens to my license after a refund?

Once a refund is approved, the associated license or subscription will be deactivated.
