Subscription and Cancellation Terms

Monthly Plan/Quarterly Plan/Semi-annual Plan/ Annual Plan/Free Trial

Subscription Terms:

Your subscription begins as soon as your initial payment is processed. You will be charged monthly, quarterly, semi-annually, or annually as stated at the time of purchase. You will also be charged any applicable taxes. YOU AGREE THAT YOUR SUBSCRIPTION WILL AUTOMATICALLY RENEW MONTHLY, QUARTERLY, SEMI-ANNUALLY, OR ANNUALLY ON YOUR RENEWAL DATE UNTIL YOU CANCEL ANYTIME.

By purchasing a subscription you authorize us to store your payment method(s) and to automatically charge your payment method(s) every month, quarter, half-year or year until you cancel. We will automatically charge you the then-current rate for your plan, plus applicable taxes (such as VAT or GST if the rate does not include it), every month, quarter, half-year or year until you cancel your subscription.

If your renewal fails due to insufficient fund or unsuccessful charge during the subscription period,your subscription will enter a billing retry state in which we will attempt to collect payment for up to 30 days.

If your primary payment method fails, you authorize us to charge any other payment method in your account. If you have not provided us with alternative payment method(s) and you fail to provide payment or if all payment methods in your account fail, we may suspend your subscription. You can add, edit, or disable your alternative payment method anytime on your Wondershare Account page.

We may change your plan’s rate at any time. We will notify you of any rate change at least 14 days in advance and give you the option to cancel. If the applicable VAT or GST rate (or other included tax or duty) changes, we will accordingly adjust the tax-inclusive price on your next billing date without advance notice.

Cancellation Terms:

You can cancel your subscription anytime here or by contacting Customer Support . Once you cancel, your service will continue until the end of your contracted term. Unless you are eligible for a refund under our 30-day policy your initial payment is non-refundable. Our 30-day policy does not apply to auto-renewal charges.

Occasionally, we may change these Subscription and Cancellation terms. Your continuous subscription constitutes an acceptance of, and a promise to comply with, all the terms and conditions in these “Subscription and Cancellation terms” including any updates.

Annual contract, paid monthly

Subscription Terms

Your subscription begins as soon as your initial payment is processed. Your subscription will automatically renew annually without notice until you cancel. You authorize us to store your payment method(s) and to automatically charge your payment method(s) every month until you cancel. We will automatically charge you the then-current rate for your plan, plus applicable taxes (such as VAT or GST if the rate does not include it), every month of your annual contract until you cancel.

We may change your plan’s rate each annual renewal term, and we will notify you of any rate change at least 14 days in advance  with the option to cancel. If the applicable VAT or GST rate (or other included tax or duty) changes during your one-year term, we will accordingly adjust the tax-inclusive price for your plan mid-term on your next billing date. If your primary payment method fails, you authorize us to charge any backup payment method in your account. If you have not provided us a backup payment method(s) and you fail to provide payment within a prescribed time period, or if all payment methods in your account fail, we may suspend your subscription.

Cancellation Terms

You can cancel your subscription anytime here or by contacting Customer Support. If you cancel within 30 days of your initial order, your initial payment will not be refunded and you will not be charged again. Should you cancel after 30 days of your initial order, you’ll be charged a lump sum amount of 50% of your remaining contract obligation and your service will continue until the end of that month’s billing period.

Multiple year contract, paid monthly

Subscription Terms

Your subscription begins as soon as your initial payment is processed. You will be charged monthly, plus applicable taxes. Your subscription will automatically renew on your annual renewal date until you cancel. You authorize us to store your payment method(s) and to automatically charge your payment method(s) every month until you cancel. We will automatically charge you the then-current rate for your plan, plus applicable taxes (such as VAT or GST if the rate does not include it), every month upon renewal until you cancel.

We may change your plan’s rate each annual renewal term, and we will notify you of any rate change at least 14 days in advance  with the option to cancel. If the applicable VAT or GST rate (or other included tax or duty) changes during your one-year term, we will accordingly adjust the tax-inclusive price for your plan mid-term on your next billing date.

Should you cancel after 30 days, you’ll be charged a lump sum amount of 50% of your remaining contract obligation and your service will continue until the end of that month’s billing period.

Govering Law and Dispute Resolution

This agreement will be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China without giving effect to its conflict of laws principle. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this agreement shall be resolved by the Shenzhen Court of International Arbitration in the city of Shenzhen, China, in according with its then-in-effect rules of arbitration.
