- Run iTunes on your computer.

- Tap Photos on your iPad.
- Tap the Camera Roll to show all the photos in it.

Connect your iPad to the computer by plugging in a USB cable. Go and find the external hard drive of your iPad on your PC or Mac. Open it. All photos in the Camera Roll are there. Choose the ones that you're going to delete. Then, delete them.
