SEO Specialist

We are hiring an experienced SEO strategist who has professional experience managing successful search engine optimization campaigns. You must be a problem solver and decision maker, with proven ability to prioritize and develop relevant and engaging content. We are hoping to see actual example or demonstration from previous campaigns that you have managed or executed with great results, especially some convincing data to back up your achievement.

Responsibilities and Duties:

Analyze, review and implement changes to websites to maximize the traffic and improve page rank within search engines.
Test and implement various search engine marketing techniques, web site layouts and advertising for search engine optimization.
Know the importance of internal links and the ability to problem-solve comes in handy when trying to find the best locations and the best approach to internal links
Review the data on a weekly and monthly basis, suggesting changes to campaigns to maximize the return on investment
Create SEO strategy documents and reports
Conduct technical SEO audits and content audits
Make usability and conversion optimization recommendations

Qualifications and Skills:

4+ years working with SEO and Internet marketing
Experience with various tactics involved in an inbound marketing campaign (social media, email, blog, SEO, PPC, analytics)
Experience developing and managing a content marketing plan
Experience with Google Analytics
Understand SEO and ranking factors
Understand CRO (conversion rate optimization) and A/B testing
Knowledge of AdWords and features
Experience logging into AdWords accounts and analyzing the performance of marketing campaigns, ads, and keywords
