Customer Success Coordinator

We are looking for a customer service professional who will be the face and voice of Wondershare to interact with our customers on behalf of the company. The ideal candidate would be someone flexible, adaptable, self-motivated and passionate about helping the others. You will be working with a result-driven high performing team with talented and inspiring members. Details about this particular role as below:

Responsibilities:

1. Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternative within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
2. Work effectively and collaboratively with other members of both local team and oversea head office
3. Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication via media channel, like Facebook, Twitter, E-mail and BBB, etc
4. Basic understanding of software technologies on different device, and strive to learn new knowledge and skills for better customer service

Skills and Qualifications:

1. 3+ years working experience in customer service or remote technical support
2. Fluent in spoken and written English, knowing a second language would be great but not a must
3. Excellent communication skills and time management skills
4. High interest in software development and technology
5. Proven ability to troubleshoot, problem-solve, prioritize, multi-task and organize.
