Step 1. Connect your broken iPad to computer

Hi, if you are unable to trust the computer, your iPad will not be able to connect to the computer. Have you ever trusted another computer before? If yes, you can try to connect the ipad to the computer you have truested before.
This app says i need to tap "trust this computer" on my ipad3 but i can''t do that if it is broken. Please help.
I try Dr. Fone, but it said to change my iPad''s display into ''normal mode'' (apple logo) instead of iTunes+cable logo, but everytime I changed it into normal mode, Dr. Fone doesn''t detect any iPad connected to my computer.
Hi, for iPad3, currently this product cannot recover files directly from the device. Have you ever backed up the ipad to iTunes or iCloud? If yes, you can use Dr.Fone to scan the backup file and recover your files.

Sorry, to recover data from your iPod touch, first you should make sure it can be recognized by iTunes, which means it has to be turned on. From your description, I''m not sure you can click the trust button on it while connecting to a computer.
Dr.Fone for Windows currently does not support direct recovery of iPad 2. And if you want to do a iPad 2 direct recovery with Dr.Fone for Mac, you do not have to enter recovery mode too. You just need to connect your iPad 2 with your Mac and launch the program to scan it.
