How to Edit Facebook Videos

Facebook is a great sharing platform for videos, also. In order to show your friends the best of the video, you may need to edit it in some ways. This article is going to tell you how to edit, tag and rotate your Facebook video. What's more, we will discuss how to edit the look back video step by step.

Part 1: Where Is the Video Album on Facebook

Editing Facebook videos enables you to see how these items are displayed or seen by your friends. We edit videos to change thumbnails, shot or even the fields of the video for example the title. Here are the steps on how to edit Facebook videos:

Step 1 Log in your Facebook account

Log in to your Facebook page, click on your uploaded video or any video you want to edit. Then click on it to view. And from here you can edit your video

Step 2 Select Edit

Look on the right bottom side of the video; you will see the option buttons which is: Tag Video, Add Location, and Edit.  Clicking on Edit

Step 3 Fill the blanks

Then you need to type and fill the several fields. These fields include title, description, tags, location, date, privacy and thumbnail.

  • Title: Name your video, name of the artist, video title, name of the video, or just a short description that can give it an identity. However, if you fail to choose a title for your video, the video is automatically titled with the timestamp of when you recorded and uploaded it. I suggest you name your title with something interesting and appealing; something that can catch people’s attention. For example the title can be like this, the memories of San Diego.
  • Description: This is description of what is happening in your uploaded video, this might be optional also because most videos speak for themselves. Here you can share your links, your affiliate website or whatever it can describe your video for example a theme
  • Tags: This is tagging the people you were with on the time of video or who you dedicate to. Simply begin typing the names of all the friends who are in the video and then select the friends from the list that displays for tagging. Facebook will then notify your friends that they’ve been tagged in a video and they can accept the tag or remove the tag if they decide they don’t want to be included.
  • Location: This is simply where your video was taken. Enter a location such as a city or a place of residence or business. Facebook will automatically attempt to autocomplete as you type the location.
  • Date: Add a date to your video to make sure it appears in the right place in your Timeline.
  • Privacy: This is for privacy options for your videos. You can make it Public or private to seen only by Friends except Acquaintances, Friends, Only Me, or Custom. Sometimes by default, whatever the privacy was on your last post in Facebook will be the privacy for the video you have added.
  • Thumbnail: You can also change your thumbnail by clicking on the buttons on top right hand side. Click to choose the right thumbnail that suits your video

Part 2. Rotate Facebook video

Have you ever uploaded a video on Facebook and realize that after uploading it the video is upside down or rotated of 90 degrees? Don’t worry again, here you can find the solution for your problem.
