Hi, you''re correct. It is an easy solution. If you want to transfer more files types than photos, MobileGo is the easiest solution. :)
I''m guessing one easy way would be to remove your memory card and use a card reader attached to your mac computer? That''s what I was going to try after transferring all of my photos to the card...
Hi would you please find the program log under the path: C:UsersAdministratorAppDataRoamingWondershareMobileGo and send it to support@wondershare.com? Here is the screenshot for the log file path. http://dropcanvas.com/y8now
Thank you, Selena, for your patience with this. I did everything it said: put it into USB debug mode and selected Media sync (MTP). I restarted the phone and restarted the computer but MoblieGo says, "Failed to install driver for LG Electronics Inc., VS985 4G, please click retry to try again." Of course, repeated retries do not work. It said to go to Passport and send the Android log with the Feedback button. I logged in with Twitter, activated Passport, and it let me in, but there was no Feedback button; just seven links about different products saying to "Learn More" so I do not know what log info should be sent. As a start, the phone is an LGE Model VS985 4G and the Android version is 5.1.1

I cannot even get past step 1: USB Connection How to Connect Step 1. Enable USB Debug on your Android device ----- How do I do this? When I type "debug" in Android search, it replies "No search results"
