A step-by-step guide on how to put music on ipad

Step 1. Connect your iPad to the computer via a USB cable
To start with, use a USB cable to connect your iPad to the computer. Your iPad will be quickly detected after it's connected. Then, your iPad will show up in the primary window.
Step 2. add music to ipad
In the left directory tree, click "Media". On the top line, click the first icon "Music". All songs on your iPad are displayed in the music window.
To add selected music to your iPad, you can click "Add". In the pop-up file browser window, navigate to the location where the music is stored. Select your wanted songs and put them on your iPad. To add a music folder, you can click the inverted triangle under "Add". In the pull-down menu, either chooses "Add folder" or "Add File" to add music.
