iPhone Music Manager: Export/Import/Delete Music on iPhone

To add playlists, click "Playlist" in the left column. In the playlist window, click the triangle under "Add". Choose "Add iTunes Playlists" or "Add playlists from Computer".

Then all music files on your iPhone will be exported to your computer.
