Contact manager for iPhone: import/export/delete/merge contacts
In the part below, I will show you how to manage contacts on your iPhone with ease. Now, let's get started!
Step 1. Connect the iPhone with your computer
First of all, install and launch this contact manager for iPhone on your computer. It's fully compatible with windows 10/8/7/Vista/XP. Connect your iPhone with the computer via a USB cable. Once this program detects your iPhone, it will show all content on your iPhone in the left column of the primary window.
Step 2. Contact manager iPhone
In the left column, click "Contacts" tab. The contact management window appears on the right panel.
To import contacts to iPhone, click "Import/Export" button. In the drop-down menu, click "Import contacts from computer". Then, a pull-down list pops up. You can import contacts from vCard, Outlook Express, Outlook 2003/2007/2010/2013, Windows Live Mail and Windows Address Book.
To export contacts, click "Import/Export" > "Export All Contacts" or "Export Selected Contacts". When the drop-down list comes, you can export the contacts on your iPhone memory and from iCloud, Yahoo! and Exchange to multiple/a single vCard file(s), Outlook Express, Outlook 2003/2007/2010/2013, Windows Address Book and Windows Live Mail.
Note: If you decide to export the contacts on your Accounts, like Exchange, iCloud, Yahoo! and other accounts, firstly, you ought to sign in the accounts on your iPhone.
With lots of useless contacts on your iPhone memory and accounts, you can delete them easily. Choose the contacts that you intend to delete. Click "Delete". Then, a rectangle pops up. Click "Yes". This program starts to delete selected contacts.
In addition, if you find many duplicate contacts on your accounts and iPhone memory, you can merge them. Click "De-duplicate". This program begins to search all the contacts having copies. Then, all duplicate contacts are shown. By default, all duplicate contacts are ticked off. If you don't want to merge some of them, you should uncheck these contacts. Then, select a match type. After that, click "Merge Selected" and then "OK".
