In order to save all photos from iMessage easily, we can use Dr.Fone - Backup & Restore (iOS) to backup and export all the photos from iMessage in one click. Actually, Dr.Fone can also allow us to backup iPhone contacts, save imessage conversion, sms, notes, files created by apps, videos, your call history, music and more to your computer.

You can directly read the export files from your computer. This is something which you cannot do with iTunes. You cannot find and identify all those files which hide within the backup files.

We are here to help so, let us give you a really simple and easy method.

Part two: Drag and drop your photos.

This method works for a Mac PC.

Step 1. Attach your phone to your computer with a USB cable. There is no need for iTunes so, if it starts to run, close it down.

Step 2. You now need to open the Messages App in OSX and navigate to the message, with the attachment you want to move to your computer.

Step 3. Next open a Finder window. Now navigate to a folder where you want to keep the iMessage photos which are on your iPhone. Create a new folder in a convenient place if you need to.

Step 4. With the 2 windows, iMessage and Finder, open, simply drag and drop the messages from the former to the latter. There you go! What could be easier?
