Been using itunes since it started. Used to be so easy to use. Each "improvement" makes it harder and harder to organize my library. To the point that I'm soooooo close to doing something else. I don't want movies, etc. I want music organization, recording, and playback. But what I'm getting is extreme frustration.

I wish I could go back to iTunes 9. My library is just too big for iTunes, I think. Sad.

terrible program. tunes is so bad and buggy it refuses to work. stay away. impossibly slow, no support. no refund!!!! AVOID THIS JUNKWARE.

I''ve been using iTunes since before it was called iTunes. Apple bought it from another company, rebranded it, and improved upon it. Apple''s iTunes has seen many versions since. Some good, some worse. I''ve raged and switched to other players before, but in the end I keep coming back to iTunes because no other music program offers the entire swath of features that Apple packs into this application. And lets face it, there is no direct replacement for the iTunes Store.

has no drag and drop into interface, can''t copy/cut and paste, can''t select all to edit delete or move, can''t freely delete from some folders but can in others just for the added confusion, so I can''t make any sense of this horrid program, I love the phone but iTunes sucks balls! I am literally afraid to connect my phone to my PC, afraid to realize the next havoc, or what would happened Should I God forbid select or deselect the wrong options. Three times over the course of the last few years, I''ve literally erased all of my contacts, lost for good. Once when I was clearing my old phone of all the contacts manually so I can give it to my son as a new/old toy after purchasing a new phone. Not realizing that when I was deleting everything from the phone, it was also deleting everything from my computer over Wi-Fi and I had no way to recover from that... The other two times I''m not sure what happened, but the mere memory of what happened is enough to make the pains vivid enough...
