How to Clean Broken Shortcuts in Windows

Most programs will create shortcuts when installing, for the convenience of use. But sometimes, they can't be removed when uninstall the programs, and become invalid or broken shortcuts. Invalid shortcuts are orphan files left behind during program uninstallation and file/folder deletion. They're scattered in the Desktop, Startmenu and any corners of your system. These junk shortcuts will waste your disk and system resource. Then, how can we remove those invalid shortcuts?

It's not so hard as you imagine to clean broken shortcuts in Windows, so keep your shirt on. All you need is only a shortcut cleaner. If you don't have one, here is my recommendation: Wondershare WinSuite 2012.
