Can't Play the MP4 Files on Xbox 360?

That's because it only supports an MP4 file with the video codec of MPEG-4 AVC H.264 and MPEG-4. Step 1. Load MP4 files
First, run this smart MP4 to Xbox 360 converter and then import your local MP4 files by either clicking the Add Files button in the top-left corner of the interface or drag-and-drop the MP4 files you want from your local directory. It's illustrated in the screenshot below.
Step 2. Start streaming
Make sure your Xbox 360 and computer are located in the same network. Then switch to the "Stream" pane (it's on the right side of the program) and your Xbox 360 will be listed. Simply choose it and hit the "Stream" button.
Step 3. Control the playback
