How to Compress MOV Files in Mac/Win (Windows 8 included)

I have a 120MB .mov file that I want to compress to less than 25MB so I can email it using gmail. I right-clicked and selected "Compress," but it only got it down to 99MB as a zip file. Any hint to solve my problem?

Frame Rate: Set it to slow down or speed up your playing speed. Generally, value above 20 makes little difference.
Bit Rate: You can choose from 256 to 2000kbps as per your needs.

(Note: lower parameters usually mean lower size, but also lower quality.Please bear this in mind)

If you want to play your MOV files on iPod, iPhone, etc, you can also trim or crop your video to the desired length (just right click to select "Edit").

Tips: If the output format is not your concern, you can also convert MOV to MP4, M4V, or FLV which is likely to render smaller size file. To do it, click the format image of each video item to access output format list, and then choose your preferred video format.

Step 3: Start to Compress MOV files

When all settings or modification satisfied, all you need to do is hit Convert button to activate MOV compression. After all compressions completed, click open output to check the quality and video size. If satisfied, you can smoothly put them into your portable devices or send to your friends for sharing now.
