Thank you. That's a big help.

Hi Chris, trimming the music is pretty much the same as trimming a video, please first import your music to wondershare. When done, drag the music to the music track. There you will see a blue arrow served as a splitting point. Just drag it to the starting point as you want, then click a scissor button right above video track, your music file will be spitted into two parts. Select the first half and right click, choose delete. In case you don't fully understand what I'm talking, check a guide image here: http://bit.ly/1K3uyGM

Hi AY, there's only one video track, you can drag multiple video clips to one video track, but you will not be able to create multiple video tracks. If you are trying to make video overlays(picture in picture), there're PIP tracks right under the video track. You can create up to 10 PIP tracks. Here is a detailed guide about how to use PIP: http://www.wondershare.com/video-editor/add-overlay-clips.html

How can i create multiple video tracks on the timeline please?
Chris
I am new to Wondershare. How do I trim the music down? I can add a song and move the playhead to a certain point, but then the video starts in the middle. ???
Liza_Brown
It's pretty simple in Video Editor, to do so, drag and drop songs one by one onto the music track in a sequential order.

Hi Chris, you can trim the music down at its beginning to lose the first half of it and it should start from the middle. Dragging the playhead to the position you wish to start will do the trick. Let me know if you have any further questions!
Chris
how can I start music from the middle and not the beginning?
