I sent your case to our technical support team, they will study your case and get back to you by email soon. Thanks.
Thank you. I see a VERY tiny grey waveform. Even if I stretch or collapse the timeline, I cannot find my clapping mark to sync with the video of my hands clapping at the start. Any suggestions? If it's not lined up perfectly then the video comes out like a bad japanese movie! I am recording audio on a high quality recorder, much better than the audio on my video camera, but the two need to be perfectly synchronized.
Hi, Diane, you just need to drag the audio file to the timeline of the software, then the waveform will show automatically.
How can I open that waveform?
Is it a drm procted file? Please make sure it is not drm protected and it can be played well on your computer, Else it may not be supported. I'd suggest you try another audio file such as mp3 to see if it wroks well first.
I get an error message when I try to drag or upload music to my video. The audio files are M4A format.
To add still pictures to the videos, you just need to import the pictures to the program first, then drag and drop it to the PIP track (second line). To add fonts to the videos, you could click on below tutorial and follow the steps to do so. http://support.wondershare.com/how-tos/how-to-add-text-to-the-video.html
Dear Liza. its great and much useful. Can you tell me that how can we add still pictures & fonts in videos?
Sorry, the only solution is to record it again currently. However, we will provide more audio tracks in next version, in which you can add music, record or more audios in timeline.
Did you update to the latest version? We improve our software to more stable level. Then try again, please.
