    What software are you using? Generally, there is Crop option in the photo editing window, in which you can choose the aspect ratio (16:9, 4:3, or manual) and set the crop size, then click Apply to resize immediately.

    I purchased the Wondershare Photo Collage Studio in 2008 and had been using it with no problems for years. I haven't done any projects for several months and now when I have tried to create collage it shows a watermark saying that it is a trial version and suggesting to buy a full version again. Why should I buy it again?

    Gentlemen, I am completely irate! I tried your "WONDERSHARE VIDEO CONVERTER ULTIMATE" and found it fairly good for my purposes. However at this point in time, I do not have the resources to purchase it, so I uninstalled it. In the course of uninstalling it, your offer of a substantual discount caused me to accept your offer. However, I was led to believe I was acting on the "VIDEO CONVERTER ULTIMATE". I have no use for a slideshow maker. Am I the victim of a "bait and switch" internet scam or can I get a refund? I did try this slideshow maker and was not inpressed.

    I purchased the Wondershare Photo Collage Studio and have spent several hours to make it work. The Licensed Email and Registration Code given to me are invalid. The program does not work without it and I am stuck with a program that is not useable. I have contacted support and filed a dispute with Paypal for paying and unable to use the program.
