    I have sent several e-mails requesting a refund since your product for a slide show is not working and is full of glitches that cause it to malfunction and stop working!!!! It's been two weeks now with no response and there is no way to contact customer service!!!! Sounds and feeks like fraud to me!!! Our order # is U5410337901 If we don't get a refund soon we are filing this as a fraudulent charge with our bank since it says money back guarantee but then there's no communication!!!!

    Hi, Mike! To ensure the others can view it, please output it as a video by Create > Save to computer and choose one format like MP4 and AVI instead of the project file. Since the source files are located on your computer, the others are not able to view it on their computers.

    I created a slideshow and sent it to a few colleagues who then said they couldn't view it on their computer (multiple pcs/differing operating systems)..How can I solve this?

    Could you please advise how to burn a DVD which would be suitable to use on TV/DVD. The DVD I burn can only be used on the computer. Thanks
