1. Download the quiz player template zip file (*.thm in the ZIP file, click the template image below or right click to save)

2. Extract the downloaded quiz player template zip file to specific folder:
Default quiz player template folder: C:Program FilesWondershareQuizCreatorQuizDataThemesTheme Custom

Default survey player template folder: C:Program FilesWondershareQuizCreatorSurveyDataThemesTheme Custom

3. Now open QuizCreator to use the new added quiz/survey template under "Home > Player Template" custom pane.
