Let’s have a look at the question types for survey creation in QuizCreator and follow the simple steps to make a survey.

Step 1. Open SurveyCreator
Launch QuizCreator, and click Create a new survey. And you can go to the survey creation window.
Step 2. Select survey question type
Similar with the question types of the quiz creation features, there are also 9 question types for survey creation in this survey builder.
• Likert Scale
A Likert Scale question requires respondents specify their level of agreement to a series of statements. There is a maximum of 9 statements for each Likert Scale question.
• Yes/No
A Yes/No question that requires respondents to pick the positive or negative choice.
• Pick One
A Pick One question requires users to select a single item from a maximum of 9 choices.
• Pick Many
A Pick Many question requires users to select multiple items from a maximum of 9 choices.
• Short Answer
A Short Answer question requires users to enter a short response. The response can be up to 256 characters long.
• Matching
A Matching question requires users to drag responses across columns to make the relative items match in pairs. Maximum of 26 pairs are allowed in a matching question.
• Which Word
A Which Word question requires users to drag and drop the item that best represents his or her opinion. Up to 9 items are supported.
• Essay
An Essay question requires users to write a short essay according to the question.
• Blank Page
This page is for adding some additional information for the relative questions.
On the Home tab, click the Question button, select a question type in the New Question list and click OK then you can edit the question in the Question Editing window.

Step 3. Create survey questions
Different question types provide different form templates for you to fill in the questions, statements or choice.
Enter the survey question in the question field, and you may edit the font of text as easy as using Microsoft Office tool. And you may insert images, sounds and even video file to make the survey more engaging.
When you finish the editing this survey question, you can click OK to save it and close the Question Editing window. Or you may click the New Question button to save the current question and start another survey question.
Step 4. Do general settings for the survey
Go to properties. You may add the instruction page to show the main idea of this survey. Instant feedback can be provided when the survey is completed. And you may set the default fonts for questions and choices of the whole survey.
Step 5. Customize a survey template
According to the survey content, you may find a suitable player theme to enhance your survey. There are many built-in player templates including business, training, education, etc. available in this survey builder. Besides, you can design your personalized template by yourself with easy settings on background, toolbar, and layout.
Step 6. Publish as a Flash-based survey
You can publish the survey as a Flash file .SWF for Web sharing, so the targeted audience can take it where is the Internet connected.
