First, I'd like to say that I use many Wondershare products and find them to be an excellent value, so my rating of PPT2Flash Pro is not a reflection on the other products. I started using PPT2Flash Pro in 2009. At the time, I was very pleased with the features, ease of use, quality of output, and overall value. However, shortly after I purchased the package of PPT2Flash and QuizCreator, Wondershare removed the integration between those two products, which was a MAJOR loss in functionality and completely unexpected. (Eventually they put the integration back in.) The last time I had a serious problem with PPT2Flash, Wondershare's solution was to downgrade me to an earlier version. In addition, PPT2Flash Pro does not support all functionality, mainly narration, in PowerPoint 2010. I am no longer able to do my work with PPT2Flash Pro, so I ended up switching to a competitor's product -- that was disappointing and costly. On the up side, though, Wondershare always replied to my inquiries quickly, and they released many new versions and never charged for an upgrade, so I got almost three good years of use from this product.
