Actually the installation file for the trial version and that for full version are the same one. If you still have the trial version on your computer, after you purchase the full version, you can directly use the license information to activate the trial version. So please try the version on the original computer to see whether it can recognize the backup file.

Hi I am in desperate need of help. I think you might be the only person that can maybe help me with my phone. My Samsung S5 screen cracked and was going in for repairs. I decided to backup my phone using mobiletrans. I just downloaded free version for the back up an decided to buy the licence when I get my phone. When it came I bought the licence but when trying to download it on the same laptop I was using the free version with, my laptop went crazy, it kept on saying that theres a threat and didnt download. So I tried with another laptop. Went to my mail and downloaded it via the link they provide. Problem now, it does not pick up my back up that was done on the trial version. I am so down, dont know who or what to contact. Please help.

I am trying to connect my Samsung GT-I9505 (Android Version 4.4.2) with Mobile Trans and it fails to connect. I have configured the Developer USB Debugging options and I have had no luck. In addition I have also ensured that I have the latest drivers for the Samsung device installed on the OS. To make things even more interesting and concerning I have tied to email wondershare about the issue and attach the system logs and it constantly fails to send. Is this software real with adequate support or have I been ripped off... not a happy user at the moment.

I am trying to transfer a itunes playlist to my galaxy s5 and it keeps saying to make sure I install itunes on my computer. But I do have itunes downloaded on my computer. How can I fix this?

Hi Sanjay, did the software recognized the phone normally? You can click the feedbak to contact the support team to get a detailed reply for your case.

Normally if the files are oversized, the MobileTrans will take much longer time to detect them. In this instance, it is advisable to click on "Flip" button on the user interface or unplug and replug in the devices to awake the program as well as the devices.
