Connect your phone to computer, and pull down the notification center. Then, you'll see Connected as a media device(MTP) or Connected as a camera. If it shows the later one, please change to the first one - MTP.

OK, I'm having the same problem as Deanne Perry. I have installed the USB drivers and enabled USB Debug. How do you choose "Media device MTP" connection?

There're many factors which may result in connection failure. Please try the following steps. 1. Rerun Wondershare MobileTrans. 2. Disconnect your Samsung S5 and plug in the USB cable to reconnect it. 3. Make sure you have enabled USB debug on your Samsung S5 and choose "Media device MTP" connection. 4. Go to Samsung official website and enter your phone model in the search box to get driver for your Samsung S5.

Also having problems for wondershare to recognize my Samsung Galaxy S5, will pick up my iphone 4S ok though, can you please help? thank you

Please plug out the USB cable and reconnect your Samsung S5. Try downloading USB drive for your Samsung S5. If both ways fails, please send us the log, a TXT file, which is saved at C:UsersAdministratorAppDataRoamingWondershareMobileTrans If it's ok, you can send to this email address: thomasjones886@gmail.com

hi, I purchase the software today. I can see the source phone (Iphone 5S) but the software fails to initialize and connect to the destination phone (Galaxy S5). USB debugging is enabled

I purchased last week and it won't work. I have a samsung tablet and an ipod. It sees them both there but won't transfer. If this isn't going to work just give me my money back please.
