How to Insert Page into PDF Files

Need to insert a blank page or several PDF page(s) into the existing PDF file? This is how I complete my own project. Every time I add sections to a PDF to make it a complete one. As a matter of fact, it is pretty easy to insert a blank page or a PDF file into an existing PDF file. Below is about how to insert page into PDF in Mac OS X Mountain Lion and Windows.

Before inserting page into PDF, we should select a PDF tool to help us. Step 1. Download Wondershare PDF Editor

Step 2. Insert page into PDF in Mac OS X Mountain Lion/Windows

On Windows PDF Editor, follow the tips below to insert blank page of PDF file to an existing PDF document.

  • To insert a blank page into an existing PDF document, click the Insert tab, under the tab, click "Blank Page". By default, the blank page you’re inserting is added after the current page. In this case, before you insert the blank page, you should make sure where you want it to be and move to the page that before the blank page.
  • Sometimes to make a complete PDF file, you need to insert a whole PDF into the existing PDF file. To insert a PDF file to the existing PDF file, just click the "From PDF" to locate the PDF you’re going to insert. When you do this, a prompt will pop up, asking you to select where to insert the PDF: Before the first page, after the current page, after a specific page, or after the last page. Just set it and click "OK".

On Mac PDF Editor, go to Document menu, click Insert to select inserting a blank page or a PDF file. When you select to insert a blank page, a pop-up will appear, asking you to select where to put the blank page. When selecting a PDF file, a dialogue will pop up, asking you to browse and open the PDF file you like to insert. Just do as what the prompt ask you to do.
