How to Edit a PDF Form Accurately

Insert and delete text & images
When editing a PDF form, surely, you need to insert or delete text and images on the PDF form. Go to the Edit Menu, click Add Text tool and move the mouse to the PDF form where you want to insert text. Click on the blank area to add a text box. By default, two words “New Text” are in the text block. Click Backspace key to remove them. And then type in the right text you need. To add an image, in the same menu, click Picture to add an image. After adding it, drag the borders to adjust the size of the image. By the way, if you need to add or delete watermark from a PDF form, select the tool from the Watermark drop-down list in Edit Menu as well.
Deleting text and images is very easy. In the Home Menu, click Edit tool. Then move your mouse over the PDF form to select the text or image, press Delete key.
Edit PDF form interactive fields
Some PDF forms, especially professional ones come with interactive fields in which form users can enter or select the answers. As a PDF form editor, Wondershare PDF Editor enables users to add and delete interactive fields.
Add interactive field to the PDF form. Go to the Forms Menu, click Edit Field to enable the editing form mode. Click the interactive field type you need from the Form Menu: Text Field, Check Box, Radio Button, Dropdown list, List Box, or Button. Click on the blank area where you want to add the interactive field and draw it.
After adding an interactive field, you should set its properties. Double click the added interactive field to enable the properties dialogue box. From here, you’re able to name the field, design its appear, text font, etc.
Delete interactive fields. After you click Edit Field to enter the editing form mode, all the interactive fields are highlighted. Select the unwanted one, press Delete to remove it.
