Step 1. Import PDF files
Click Add PDF Files button on the top of the panel to upload the PDF files that you want to convert to Microsoft Excel. Batch conversion is supported, so you can upload up to 200 files to this app at a time.
Step 2. Customize options (Optional)
Click the Selected Pages column on each PDF item bar, you will be able to select page(s) or page ranges from a PDF to convert. And at the lower part of the main interface, you can set a path to save the output Excel spreadsheets.
Click the advance setting button beside the Convert button, you can choose whether to keep the original PDF formatting in the output Excel spreadsheets or not. By default, the option is Retain the values without formatting.
Step 3. Convert PDF files to Excel spreadsheets
Click the Convert button to begin the PDF to Excel conversion. When the conversion begins, the Convert button will become a Cancel button. If you need to stop the conversion process during the conversion, just click the Cancel button. It only takes a few seconds to finish the whole process. After the conversion, you can click the little folder icon on each PDF item bar to check the output Excel document.
