Try as I might, I can't get to add an srt (subtitles) file to an mp4 file. The program claims doable ... but, I just don't manage it.
My pro res QuickTime movie isn't showing chapters when I drop it into the iDVD section in video converter ultimate.please help as I just want a MP4 version.
I cannot get Wondershare to upload my entire MP4 format (750MB) so I can edit. It will convert the entire file into another format like AVI and then I can upload that entire file to edit. Also I am trying to compress this down to under 500MB but every time I try (even changing to low quality settings ) it comes out over 1GB. I'm not very tech savvy so not sure what I'm doing wrong.
