How to Transfer Music to iPhone from PC or iDevices
Is there any way add music straight to your iPod.app straight from your iPhone (such as ones you have downloaded from Safari) without going through iTunes?

Step1: Install TunesGo and run it
First of all, install and run TunesGo on your computer. Connect your iPhone to your computer via a USB cable . TunesGo will automatically detect your iPhone as soon as it’s connected. Then your iPhone will be displayed in the primary window.
Note: To use Wondershare Mobile Go for iOS normally, you need to install iTunes on your computer. If you have not installed it, don’t worry. The first time you launch this program, it will offer you the installation window of iTunes. Then, install iTunes.
Step2: Sync music to iPhone
Click "Media" in the left column. Click "Music" at the top line of the media window. Then, you will enter the music window. Click the little triangle under "Add">"Add File" or "Add Folder" from your PC to your iPhone.
Or, if you want to copy music to iPhone from iPad, iPod or other iPhone, you should connect your other iDevices to TunesGo at the same time. Then, in the other iDevice’s directory tree, click "Media" >"Music". In the music window, choose music files and then click the triangle under "Export to". In the drop-up menu, select to copy songs to iPhone.
Now, you are done! Music has been transferred to your iPhone. You can enjoy yourself in music with your iPhone.
