Send Text Messages from Computer with Ease

How to send text messages from computer
The following part shows you how to send text messages from a computer with the Windows version. If you use a Mac, check out the steps below and then take the similar steps with the Mac version.
Step 1. Connect your Android phone with a computer
To begin with, install and run this program on your computer. Use a USB cable to connect your Android phone with a computer. With the Windows version, you can also make the connection via Wi-Fi. If this program detects your Android phone, you will get the starting window as follows.

Step 2. Send and receive text messages from computer
In the left directory tree, click "SMS". This brings up the SMS management window. Click "New". Then, a small window pops up.
Click the crossing on the right. All contacts on your Android phone are listed. Choose one or many contact(s) that you’re going to send a text message. After that, click "OK".
Then, in the content rectangle, type the text message. When you finish, click "Send".
If you receive a text message, a small rectangle will appear at the lower right corner of your computer. Click "Reply". Edit contents. Then click "Send". Besides text messages, if you get a phone call, but it isn’t convenient for you to answer it. You can hang it off and reply it by sending a text message.
Apart from sending text from computer, you’re able to backup Android text messages in .txt format or .xml format to your computer. If the text messages are useless, you can also delete them at once.
