How to Organize Android Contacts from PC

So, I got my phone sync'd to my Facebook, Gmail, and Yahoo accounts.. When it sync'd it pulled in YEARS of contacts.. Like, WAAAYYY too many.. Most of which are duplicates.. Is there any way to do this easily, as in NOT on my phone? Like some sort of Android contact manager? It's just a huge pain in the ass to do it on the phone.. Lol.. There's like, hundreds of contacts.. Ha-ha.. Any suggestions?

To export contacts, you should tick off contacts that you want to export. Click "Import/Export" > "Export selected contacts to computer" or "Export all contacts to computer". Then, export contacts to Windows Live Mail, Outlook and Windows Address Book.
