I\'m wondering which version are you using, the Windows version or the Mac version. The Windows version of MobileGo for Android supports Android 4.4.2. If you use the Windows version, please make sure you are using the latest version. Then, try it again.
Why doesn\'t Wondershare recognize my Galaxy 5s 4.4.2 ?

Hi Thomas, I just bought an Xperia Z1 and want to copy my iTunes music playlists from my iMac to my Xperia phone. Which app should I download on my iMac to transfer - i guess it has to be from Apple or an approved provider?

Mich, the Wondershare MobileGo for Android is a desktop Android manager. It can do what you want to do.
within itunes your apps look like your iphone, therefore you can drag-n-drop an app from one \'window\' to the next but since u r on your pc instead of using your finger ur using your mouse. It is this feature which is of primary importance to me since doing so on the phone itself is cumbersome and time consuming. This software doesn\'t allow such a thing hence there is free stuff out there which can do exactly what this one does. if anyone know of a PC app which does what I am looking for pls let me know :-)
