Well, the Mac version doesn't support Galaxy S5 for the time being. As for the trial version, please reinstall it on your Mac and try it again.

Some phones (like my Android based Motorola) allow apps installation only to the inbuilt mem. not the SD card. It comes written in the specs. Do check your device's instructions.
