Set up your Android phone with Android Manager
To get started, download and install Android SMS manger on your PC.
Once you finished the installation, launch it and connect your Android phone to the PC. When your Android phone shows up on the home window, click "SMS" tab to enter the SMS management window.

Delete/Export SMS on Android phone
You can then either select the message(s) you want to transfer to your computer and click the "Save As" button to save your message to txt file or hit delete button to remove message(s) quickly.

Send SMS from PC
Hit the New button on the top, choose contact(s) and compose message in the promoted window. Once you finish the message, hit send to send out messages.
