hi, I guess the problem may lie in the video incompatibility issue or DVD output quality. Here are the solutions for you. 1. Please use Wondershare DVD Creator to burn your video to an ISO file, and then use Disk Utility (It is built into Mac OS) to burn the ISO file to a DVD disk. 2. Please choose the \"Best Performance\" DVD Output (this option is at the bottom of the software interface). 3. If the 2 solutions above are not ok, please try Wondershare Video Converter Ultimate to burn video to DVD.

I downloaded DVD creator last week. I have the same problem... I have wasted about 4 blank DVDs at this stage. It plays fine on my MacBook Air but when I play on DVD player the menu chapters are distorted and the markers are about an inch away from where they should be. It looks terrible! This is a very unprofessional product... Is there any other good recommendations out there? My OS is too new for idvd. I am trying to do a project at the mo and I\'m under time pressure.

I purchased the dvd creator and import dv files and made chapters. Everything went smoothly. When I put it in the dvd player, all the chapters with thumbnails was moved to the left side and it came out very small. The chapter markers are not in place. Also, the song for the dvd menu was shorter than the one I set. I tried both sizes and it still comes out the same. I don\'t know what to do.
