How to Make a Sports Highlight in iMovie
It is Baseball season in the United States. There are so many people in the United States like Baseball so much. You may go to see the baseball match and take some photos and videos. How about making a database of the baseball team members and create highlight videos? You can also make highlight videos for any other sports. This article will tell you how to create a sports highlight using iMovie.
Step 1. Create a sports team
First, you need to build a team and add the player information. To create a team, you can go to Window -> Sports Team Editor to open the editor, where you can see a sample team. To create your own team, click the + button and rename it as you like. If you're making highlight videos for a different sport, click the Sport pop-up menu to choose from Baseball, Basketball, Football, Soccer, or Volleyball.
As you can see, on the right, there is a logo presentation. You can click the + button and select one picture from your computer as the team logo and drag the slider to change the size of the logo to make them best fit.
Step 2. Add player information
In the Players list, you can click + button to add a new player. Type in the name and other information about the team player. You can also add a photo of the player and drag the slider to change the photo size, which is the same with the team logo. When you finished filling in all the team players information, you can click Done to save.
Step 3. Create a project using sports theme
In iMovie, create a new project and select the Sports theme.
Step 4. Add and edit your sports highlight titles
Click the Titles Browser button in the toolbar to view the titles available to the theme. To add a title, drag it onto a clip in your project. You can find a detailed guide on how to add subtitles to iMovie.
Then preview your work on the right viewing window. If all is OK, publish it and share it with family and friends.
