You can edit your videos or DVD movies before conversion to make a personalized video by clicking Edit menu. You can crop video, set effects, add watermark and a plug-in subtitle, and preview it in real-time while doing this.

Crop video

Choose an output aspect ratio: Keep Original, Full Screen, 16:9, 4:3, letter box and pan & scan.
You can enter the crop area size or drag the rectangular selection box to set the displaying area, and rotate the video screen horizontally or vertically.

Apply effects

Enable to set the brightness, contrast, saturation and volume of the DVD or the video, and apply special effects, including old film, negative, grey and emboss to personalize your video. Or you can leave it as No effect.

Add watermark

Image watermark and text watermark are enabled. And you can set the transparency, vertical and horizontal space for text watermark, as well as custom the font, color, size and style for it.

Add a plug-in subtitle

You can enable the plug-in subtitle for your video, and you also can customize it in your own style.

Trim video

Go to Edit menu and click on Trim to get into the trimming panel. You can trim the video by setting the start time and end time, or you can drag the progress bar to set the clipping area, and then hit the "Play section" to preview the clips and "New clips" to trim the section.

Capture pictures

Click the "Snapshot" button when you are playing the video in the main interface of the program, then the picture is captured successfully and you can find by "Open Snapshot Folder". Of course you also can set the snapshot formats and change the snapshot folder here.
