Wondershare PPT2Flash Standard runs as an add-on for PowerPoint. In PowerPoint 2007, you'll find PPT2Flash Standard appears as a tab menu on the ribbon toolbar. The Interface of PPT2Flash Standard is as below:

You can easily convert PowerPoint slideshows to flash movies with only two easy steps.
1. Prepare and edit your slideshow in PowerPoint, and enhance it with flash movies, audios and screenshots by PPT2Flash's editing features; select your preferred player templates with author information included.
2. Adjust the various settings for the output and playback before converting; then just click Publish to convert to SWF flash file.

Edit
Wondershare PPT2Flash Standard allows you to insert flash movies, import audio, record narrations and capture screenshots.

Insert Flash: You can either insert a flash file from your hard drive as a new slide or to the selected slide. If you don’t like the one added, remove it freely.

Import Audio: Select "Background music for each slide" to add background music for each slide in your presentation. Or select a slide and add an audio file to the selected one.

Record Narration: From the upper left drop-down slide list, select a slide to which the narration will be added. Click "Record" button to start recording and click "Pause" to finish the recording.

Capture Screen: After you choose Capture Screen, you will see a dialog that says, "Do you want to hide the PowerPoint window when capturing screen?" Click Yes to hide PowerPoint window when taking screenshots. Click No, and you will take screenshots within the PowerPoint window. Then drag to select a region on your screen and double click in this area to take the screenshots.
Player Template
You can choose to play the created .swf file with control bar, player, or No skin. The effect can be seen on the right.
With Control Bar: A template with playback control bar at the bottom.
With Thumbnail View: A template with horizontal or vertical thumbnail bar within or outside of the slide area.
No Skin: Without border and frame, slide area only.

Settings
In the settings window, you can freely set the conversion mode, output vide quality, audio settings, slideshow duration settings, play control, etc.

Publish
You can output the flash video as SWF and upload it to FTP by filling in necessary information. You can also save it as EXE and create files for auto run CD. Email outputting is also supported. After you select the output format, hit "Convert" to start to generate flash videos.
