Download install and run the program. If you are using PowerPoint 2007, you'll end up with a PPT2Flash Professional tab on the Ribbon as you can see the program interface as below.

Open your PowerPoint presentation that you want to convert

The edit sector included the following 7 function. Follow to edit and customized your PPT.

Slide Structure: To adjust the structure of the slides in your presentation, select a slide, click the Leaf button. The selected slide will be put in the lower level of the previous slide and become a leaf, while the previous slide becomes a branch. If the selected slide is already a leaf, click the Branch button and it will be put in the upper level and become a branch.

Insert Flash: Browse and select a flash from your computer to add to the selected slide. Click OK to finish and then you will find the flash has been added to the blank slide in your presentation.
Add Attachments: Select a slide from the Slide drop-down list to which you want to add attachments. You can add up to five attachments to one slide. Click "Browse" to add an attachment from your drives to the selected position and hit "Remove" or "Remove All" to delete the attachments.

Insert Quiz: If you have a quiz created by Wondershare QuizCreator, and it is published for the PPT2Flash, you can add it to your presentation. Select a quiz that you want to add to presentation (only the .qcp format is acceptable, you need to publish the quiz for PPT2Flash to get the file in this format). If you would create another quiz for adding to your presentation, click Create a new quiz with QuizCreator to launch QuizCreator and generate a new quiz.

Import Audio: Here you can add music for each slide freely.

Record Narration: From the upper left drop-down slide list, select a slide to which the narration will be added. Click "Record" button to start recording and click "Pause" to finish the recording.

Capture Screen: After you choose Capture Screen, you will see a dialog that says, "Do you want to hide the PowerPoint window when capturing screen?" Click Yes, and the PowerPoint window will be hidden, and the window you want to capture appears. Click No, you take screenshots within the PowerPoint window. When the program is ready to capture, drag to select a region on your screen and double click in this area, then back to PowerPoint, the capture appears on the current slide.
You can also go to "Template" to select a template and add author information for the flash output.

Select the output settings and begin to convert PPT to flash movies.
Before you going to convert PowerPoint to flash, you can select settings for the output. Hit "Settings" from the menu to open the Settings window. Conversion Mode, Hyperlinks Properties, etc. as seen in the picture are free to be customized.

Then go to the final step. Hit "Publish" and you will see the below window:

You'll find that you can publish the presentation to various outputs:
My Computer (SWF / Web): Creates an Adobe Flash SWF with or without the HTML container. You can select either Generate multiple flash files or Generate one solid swf file. For generating multiple flash files, it will produce several flash files in the output folder, and you can open player.swf or .html to play the flash movie; for generating one solid swf file, there will only be two files in the output folder, one .html file and one .swf file. If you want to create files for CD, please select Create files for auto-run CD at the bottom.
LMS: Generates output with SCORM and AICC compliance for Learning Management Systems.
E-mail: Sends converted Flash output as an email attachment.
Once you select the output option, click the Convert button. This will start the conversion process, and the time taken for conversion will depend upon the size and complexity of your source presentation. When the conversion is done, you can view the Flash movie with Flash player or Web browser.
