Import PowerPoint files

After download and install PPT2DVD Pro, open it and select "Create Standard DVD from PowerPoint" in the start-up screen. In the Import panel, click Add button to browse PowerPoint files on your hard disk and import to PPT2DVD Pro for burning or converting. Click Next button to continue.

Tips: you can add up to 12 PowerPoint files in one project.

Make settings (optional)

This is the optional step. You could always use the default settings for general use. But you can make settings to these options:

Video Settings
Two TV standards NTSC and PAL is available. NTSC is for America, Canada and Japan, while PAL (SECAM) is for Europe, Asia and other countries. If you don’t which TV standard to choose, click the "Select by Country" button for help. Another option is Aspect Ratio. Depending on your TV screen, select 4:3 for normal TVs. But if your TV is a 16:9 big screen, you should select "16:9 - Widescreen" from the list.

Playback Options
It’s up to you how your presentation would be played: Auto play mode or Manual play mode. Check the first option and input slide duration for automatically playing presentation. Otherwise, select "Play the slides manually in DVD" to play presentation manually with a remote control.

Advanced Settings
Advanced settings include DVD settings (video quality and language), layout settings (background image, video size and logo), background music settings (loop and mute original sound), and sound recorder option.

If you select to convert PowerPoint to video, you could select video output format in the video settings part, and only Auto play mode available.

Click Next button to continue.

Create DVD menus

Now you can author a good looking DVD menu for your presentations. By default, a DVD menu will be applied. You can easily change it by selecting favorite one on the left. Go to another category for more DVD menu templates from the template drop-down list.

On the menu work space, you can drag to move presentations and select the text to edit. Right click to add more texts or change DVD menu background image. You could also change presentation frame and play button style by double-clicking them. The menu background music is also available at the bottom. When finished DVD menu, click Next button to continue.

Note: If you check "Disable DVD menu" in the previous step, no menu available. Likewise, no menu settings if you convert PowerPoint to video.

Start PowerPoint to DVD burning or conversion

The Burn to disc option will be available if you have a working DVD burner. Check this option and click Start button to burn PowerPoint presentation to DVD with menu. You could also convert PowerPoint to ISO image file for backup or burning with third-party DVD burning software.

To convert PowerPoint to video, select the output folder and click Start button.

After converting PowerPoint files to DVD or video, you can deliver presentation to TV, YouTube, Facebook, and anywhere you want to.
