How to convert videos to the format you want on Mac

This is the step-by-step guide that shows you how to convert videos to formats compatible with Apple devices; Apple software, game consoles, popular video formats, and other video and audio formats on Mac OS X.

Adding video files into Wondershare Video Converter for Mac

Once you've launched the program, you can simply drag the video and audio files you want to convert into the main tray. If the files are not at hand, you can also go to the menu bar and choose File -> Add Video Files, or Add Audio Files to browse your computer’s hard drive for the files you want to convert.

Select the output format you want (Apple Devices, Apple Software, Game Console, Common Video Formats, etc.)

In the file list to the left of the playback screen, click the image icon next to each video title, and then set the output file name and choose output the format from the list of available formats. There are a variety of video and audio format to choose from.

After you’ve adjusted all settings, simply click the 'Start' button to begin conversion.

Tips:

Edit video before conversion (Optional) With this Mac Video Converter, you can also edit videos by trimming, cropping, rotating and adding special effects before conversion. Click Edit from main menu and select editing functionalities.
