Get Started
Launch the Wondershare iPhone Ringtone Maker for Mac and connect your iPhone to your Mac, then you will see the main interface like this:

Note: This Mac iPhone Ringtone Creator allows you to create ringtones as long as 40 seconds!
Part 1: Create ringtones with music, video files
The Ringtone Maker for Mac allows you to import any video, audio files in all popular formats for making your own ringtones. You can import movies, music, TV shows, podcasts and so on.
Select the video for creating ringtones:
Import iTunes file: since the left column is your iTunes library, you can just click the category on the left where your media files belong to, and choose the one you want to create your iPhone ringtone with.
Import other video/audio file: directly drag and drop the media file to the ringtone Maker for Mac.

Edit Ringtones
Select any part of your media file to make your own ringtone by setting the "Start Time" and the "End Time" or dragging the highlighted section of the timeline. Then pre-listen the ringtone by clicking

Note: You can add fade-in or fade-out effects to ringtones (maximum time: 5 seconds for each effect).
Create iPhone Ringtones
Select "Transfer to iPhone", click "Start", and then the ringtone will be created and transferred to your iPhone automatically.
Part 2: Record any sound for making ringtones
You can transfer video and audio files in all popular formats like AVI, WMV, FLV, AVCHD, MP4, MOV etc. to your iPhone, iPod or iPad; even rip DVD to iPhone or other iOS devices for playback on the move:
Record a Voice Ringtone
Click the
icon in the middle bottom of the ringtone maker for Mac interface, and then record the voice ringtone as you wish. And then hit on the play button then make sure the sound is what you want.

Import the sound to edit and create ringtone
Select "Import Recording File Automatically", and then you can find the file in the library after you create it. Or click on import icon.

Create your own ringtone
Select "Transfer to iPhone", click "Start", and then the ringtone will be created and transferred to your iPhone automatically.
Part 3: Manage Ringtones (Optional)
Click
and highlight the files you want to manage. You then are able to transfer iTunes ringtones to your iPhone or iPhone ringtones to iTunes library with ease. And you also can delete or play them.
