Can "CC" - closed captions or subtitles - be downloaded.... doesn't seem to be working for me. All options to choose from in appropriate folder are greyed out.

Hi, Edwinters56, did you mean get rid of the stops in your video clip? If yes, you can just use the embedded trimming function to do it. Look at the step 2's screenshot.
