When Windows won't start up, not even in Safe Mode

3 steps to access your Windows that won't boot

Step1. Make your own bootable CD/USB drive
Run Wondershare LiveBoot on the computer after installing it, and a window below will be shown. You can choose to create a bootable CD or a bootable USB drive by following the guide displayed. All you need to do is inserting the blank CD or USB drive into the computer and click the burn button. Then take out of the disk and move to the next step.
Step2. Start Windows with the bootable CD/USB
