Undelete iPad: Undelete and Rescue Lost Data on iPad
Is it possible to undelete iPad data?
On a computer, it's easy for us to undo some wrong operations when there is a need. You can restore a deleted document from the recycle bin, or you can undelete contents from a Word, and things like that. While on an iPad, is it possible to undelete data on it?
Generally, you have a backup file if you've synced your iPad with iTunes before you deleted iPad data. In that case, you can restore the data from iTunes with a wet finger. What if you don't have one? Or you just forgot to sync your iPad with iTunes and delete the whole data? You need to get an iPad data undeleting tool, other than iTunes.

Step 1. Choose a recovery mode
First of all, connect your iPad to a Mac with a digital cable. Then run the Wondershare Dr.Fone for iOS (Mac) and the primary window will show as follows. There are two recovery modes for your choice: Recover from iTunes Backup File, and Recover from iOS Device. You need to choose the former here, in order to undelete files from iPad.

Step 2. Scan your iPad to undelete data from it
For iPad 1 users, you need to follow the description on the window above to enter the scanning mode first, and then scan it. Other iPad users can directly click the Start button to begin scanning your devices. During the scan, don't disconnect your iPad with the Mac, or the scan will fail and you need to do it again.
Step 3. Preview and undelete file from iPad
After the scan, you can preview all data found on your iPad in the scan result. Click to preview them one by one. Data shown here contains those still existing on your iPad and those deleted from it. Both existing data and deleted data each have their own color. Mark those you want and click "Recover" to undelete iPad files on your Mac.
To avoid losing data from your iPad, do remember to back it up on your computer regularly.
