I can't tell, but I think you need to have a try. If the free trial version is able to find the file, then you can use the full version to recover it. Good luck!

Selana- I have a Samsung S5 and I have done a hard reset. Is there anyway that WonderShare or any other software/App can retrieve text and pictures?

In order to get through step 2, I think you need to root your phone. But be care, rooting may void warranty.

From your description, It seems that Dr.Fone for Android is not fully compatible with your phone. Please click the feedback button on the top right of the program to submit more details about the failure. I hope we can fix the problem soon for you.

I deleted all my whatsapp photos on my samsung s5, the program reaches 45% then resets because it 'failed' .. it keeps restarting whenever it reaches close to 40. Its so weird, I never encountered this problem before and Ive used this many many times to recover my friend's and family's lost data and it always recovers it smoothly.. so what is wrong now ?
