Reset Microsoft Office Outlook 2007 password?

I have Outlook 2007 installed on my home computer and have used it in the past for personal emails not work related. I decided to give Outlook another shot however I forgot the password and cannot access any of my emails.
Can someone please tell me how I can correct this? Is there a way to reset the password?
