How to Recover Voice Memos Lost after iOS 6 Update
Can Anyone Help Me Recover iPhone Voive Memos Lost after iOS 6 Update
After the iOS6 installed I noticed that all of my voice memos had been deleted. My entire list is blank. Has anyone else had this issue and if so, how have you been able to correct and or restore the memos? I know there has to be a way.

The answer is absolutely yes, as long as you have synced your device with iTunes after you made the voice memo.
Wondershare Dr.Fone for iOS (Mac) or Wondershare Dr.Fone for iOS (Windows) can recover voice memo from iOS 6 easily by extracting iTunes backup. It is an iPhone voice memos recovery tool for iPod touch, iPhone series and iPad series, and it allows you to recover voice memos on iOS 6 device selectively.
The program is designed for both Windows and Mac, choose the right version for your computer and download the free trial version below.
Restore voice memos from iOS 6 devices in two steps
Let’s take Wondershare Dr.Fone for iOS (for Windows users) for example.
1. Scan and extract iTunes backup files
After downloading and installing the program. Run it on your PC, you can see the interface of this tool as below. Choose your device’s backup and click “Start Scan”.
Note: This tool scans all iTunes backup on your computer automatically — it means backups of all devices that have synced with your computer can be scanned. You just need to click the name of your device to start scan.
2. Recover iPhone voice memos
Within a few seconds, the tool will display all contents in your iTunes backup. They are listed in categories: Camera Roll, Photo Stream, Messages, Calendar, Voice Memos and more.
You can check Voice Memos and mark those you want to recover, then click “Recover” to save them on your computer.
1. As you could see from the window above, this tool can not only restore voice memos from iOS 6 device, but also photos, videos, contacts, messages and more.
2. It is always a good habit to make a backup of your iDevice. What’s more, since iTunes backup cannot be written or read, you can read files from your iPhone on your computer by extracting iTunes backup with this tool.
