Hi, Laz, Besides contacts and messages, Dr.Fone for Android actually supports documents, videos and photos recovery. It can't scan documents, videos, and photos from your phone, it might be that these data on your phone has been overwritten. Really sorry for that.
I have a Samsung Galaxy S4 unrooted and OS 4.3 I purchased the full pro version. The only thing that it scans for is Contacts and Messages Successfully. Why won't it scan for anything else???
Can you please tell me the model of your phone and the Android version running on it?
Sorry, Glen, there is no other way right now.
I want to recover all data on samsung note 3 without rooting.
I just did a recovery, and it recovered everything EXCEPT what I needed it to, and that was the messages, no a single message was recovered. Everything else was. What can I do to fix this?
Wondershare Dr.Fone for Android supports HTC Desire S running Android 2.3.3, 2.3.5, and 4.0.4 right now. Can you specify your problem with the which step? We're glad to help you solve it.
I have purchased you Dr.fone program and how to recover delete messages from HTC desire S mobile with it ? I have problems in the final step (4) when I have problem with USB connection store or export documents
In fact, Wondershare Dr.Fone for Android is about to be upgraded to the version 4.0.0 next week, and it supports Google Nexus S phone version 4.1.2 perfectly. You can wait for a few days if you can.
So technically, rooting wouldn't hurt the sms messages I'm trying to recovery, correct? Unless something were to go wrong, that is? To me, the only thing that's important is the messages that I've lost... Could you also link me to a guide that I can use to root my phone model? Since there's different kinds on this site, I'm not sure which to use...
