How to Print Text Messages from iPhone
Is it possible to print text messages from the iPhone?
Whatever the reason, when you want to print iPhone text messages, there is always a way. The easiest way is to take a screenshot on your iPhone and send it to a wireless iOS-compatible printer. Step 1. Connect your iPhone to computer
Connect your iPhone to the computer running Windows system with a USB cable. Install and then run TunesGo on the computer. After detected, this tool will display your iPhone in the primary window.

Step 2. Print iPhone text messages
Go to "SMS" in the left column to show the SMS window on the right. Select the text messages that you want to print. After that, click "Export to".
This brings up a pull-down list. Choose "Export Selected Messages" or "Export All Messages". Then, you get three choices: "to HTML File", "to XML File" and "to TXT File". To print iPhone text messages, you should choose "to HTML File". And then, find a folder on your computer to save the exported HTML file.

Step 1. Connect your iPhone to the computer
After running the program on your computer, connect your iPhone to it, and then you'll get the main interface below.

When you get this window, you need to download a plug-in before the scan. Just click the "Download" button to do it.
Step 2. Scan your iPhone to get text messages
Next, you need to enter the iPhone 4/3GS' scanning mode before you take text messages on it. Follow the guide below:
1. Hold your iPhone and click "Start".
2. Hold the Power and Home buttons at the same time for exactly 10 seconds.
3. Release the Power button, and keep the Home button pressed.
When you've entered the system, release the Home button. At the same time, the program will scan your iPhone for data on it.
If you use iPhone 5/4S, you don't need to take the 3 steps above, but directly click "Start Scan" to begin the iPhone scan.
Step 3. Save iPhone messages to your computer
After the scan, you'll get a content list shown as follow. Choose the "Messages" category. You can preview them before saving them on your computer. To save them, click "Recover" and choose a place on your computer. That's OK.
Note: Messages you get here are not only those on your iPhone currently, but also contain those you deleted recently. If you want to separate them, you can use the slide button on the top - Only display the deleted items.
Step 4. Print your iPhone messages
Your messages are saved as an HTML file on your computer. Now you can connect your computer to a printer, or copy your message file to a computer that connects to a printer, to make a printout. You can also watch the video tutorial below.
